- You will not hit profit margin targets by simply reducing the workforce.
I like about the employer
They give you a lot of autonomy in terms of how you deliver your work. The compensation and benefits were on par with most companies in the area. The office was in a good location.
I dislike about the employer
The executive leadership lacks new ideas or direction. The company is highly reactive in terms of strategy to address changing business conditions. The C-Level suite needs to be shaken up or results will continue to hit below expectations.
