The Company Believes Their Perks are Culture. They have a Messy Backroom Office, they do have Office Cliques and Ideas Are Not Taken Into Consideration. They Lack Process, Leadership, and Communication, the pay is way to low.

Leaders don't really communicate and they underestimate the importance of encouraging plentiful communication between themselves and their employees.

They do show respect for older colleagues.

No compensation is received not unless you are part of the group clique with the store leaders.

Work environment is comfortable and suited to do the work.

The store is really small, no room for handicapped accessibility and they haven't worked in improving it.
