Suggestions for improvement
- More pay for employees who have skills and being used and getting paid for those skills. Not having to pay for boon group to manage our 401k. More one to one contact in person with human resources.

What I dislike about the company
They do not pay enough. We do jobs that are outside of our job description. For example; welding, heavy equipment repair, diesel and gas engine repair, Having to wait for materials needed for repairs, the company is cheap, No one on one contact with anybody from human resources, everything is done by e-mail, don't try to call, it takes forever to get thru.
