Support from management
Poor leadership and lack of communication. Does not change and adapt to stay with current market.
Employees and middle management try hard to get product out as a team. Upper management could care less of the product even worked and what had to be done to get it to this point but it will ship on time.
Massive layoffs every four years like clockwork, not friendly for younger employees.
