You can't even earn their trust. They have to control every aspect of everything.

- Treat the employees like adults. Professionals shouldn't be treated like minimum wage cashiers.
What I like about the company
It was a job that paid the bills.
What I dislike about the company
Insults from owner is a daily experience company wide. There are no rules for management and a million rules for employees. All employees are teated like children that cannot be trusted.
