Suggestions for improvement
- I believe this company is too far gone for improvement. There would have to be a complete change of management and attitude towards clients. More nurturing of employees and importance on retaining and rewarding valuable team members. I expect this company to fold within 3-5 years and would never refer anyone to work there.
What I like about the company
As of the time I departed, the only thing pleasant about working for the company was some of my co-workers.
What I dislike about the company
Terrible management. No connection to employees. No accessibility. Constant micromanagement. Unreasonable workload and expectations. Lack of resources and tools to perform job properly. Disregard for the welfare of clients. Unscrupulous tactics and behavior. Money more important to company than customer service. No job security, almost no opportunity for advancement. The have a horrible reputation within the legal community.
