Support from management
Leadership was rarely present on off shifts. Communication was not good between management and production coordinators.
I can only reference an off shift but the team members and team leaders had great interactions. Tree am work on the lines was based directly on team leader support and leadership. Some lines were better due to team leaders personal ethics and conduct.
Communication was not good. Constant change in manpower and lines running without necessary components. A lot of mandating and then being sent home because you werent needed afterall. Safety issues not passed from shift to shift.
Favoritism is a huge factor for advancement. Personal morals and values are not valued such as honesty and integrity.
Office / Work Environment
Office staff seemed very scattered and huge gaps in communication with getting questions and concerns addressed. A lot of run around to get proper paperwork filled out and obtain answers.
Most of discrepancies were based on current HR management and assumptions that someone else would take care of it- lack of follow through.
Mandated without notice. Plan on working 60+ hrs/wk every week even after you are hired in.
Safety very good. Sometimes taken overboard ( incident reports for paper cuts) but overall a very safe place to work!!
Suggestions for improvement
- A few really good employees have left due to stress. Too much overtime and not enough time with families. Bring back weekend employees and consider looking at previous employees to rehire that had good work ethics.

Good pay and benefits if you can get past the first year.
