Suggestions for improvement
- Would possibly tighten up a little bit on some of the entertainment expenses
Unfortunately the executive team in upper management has a reputation for saying one thing and doing another. False information is a common practice.
If the idea does not come from the executive management it probably will not be supported.
Not a lot of cooperation within departments.
This is not exercised throughout the division. Fear of repercussion.
