Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the people who don’t want to be there. Structure the commission better. For selling $38k my commission check shouldn’t be $190. That’s insane. Don’t micromanage the stores. Cycle assistant managers so that there is room for promotions within stores. You shouldn’t be an assistant manager in the same store for more than 2 years.
What I like about the company
The employee discount is decent. We’re not all treated equally in the Work place. One guy makes $16 and hour and does no work, leaves when he wants to, makes up lies and calls out on events you’re not suppose to be allowed to call out on and still has a job. So I guess that’s a plus for him. Commission is a joke. But Chik Fil A delivers to our store. So that’s cool.
