There isn't a lot of understanding from corporate regarding missing sales goals.
Support from Management
Very corporate not a lot of flexibility
Can be very cut throat depending on the manager.
Level of Autonomy
No way to control your sales goals. No understanding of experience or shared loads
There are one on ones and added training if u aren't meeting sales goals. But depending on the manager it isn't always helpful.
