The new leadership that was sent in to BP took KBR down hill, brought morale down to it's lowest
If you were not in the click with the new leaders, you were considered not part of the team
Was always the last to be told about anything when the HR Office should have been the first
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop sending leaders to sites and letting them have full control of everything, you have lost the 2 sites that you had the leader on I tried to talk to you about, wake up and listen to the ones that are having to deal with your leaders.
