Support from management
Extremely underperformed low level super visors and head management.
Often sending techs to service equipment to customers that have not been trained, nor even seen prior, the equipment or model they are working on. High level of stress and company is very disorganized in inventory and supplies as it pertains to equipping techs with what they need to perform their job successfully. Often get nasty emails from Service manager, even if a particular situation doesn't apply to you. Rellies to heavily on email communications for problem solving.
Attitude towards older colleagues
High turnover rate at company regarding technicans. Only one tech has tenure past 10 years at company. Most have fewer than 5 years.Starting pay is decent compared to other copier companies, however.
Suggestions for improvement
- New management at highest level. Listen to people that know something.
What I like about the company
Starting pay was decent.
What I dislike about the company
High stress, poor management, and leadership, poor training. Lack of internal tech support. Poor parts refilling and restock.
