Suggestions for improvement
- Make a more concerted effort to train and promote from within the ranks of the company. more competitive pay structure rather than re-titling position to justify the pay.
I like about the employer
the people that work there are good people. it has a calm working atmosphere.
I dislike about the employer
management and the board have an antedated view of the job/careers in terms of pay structure. they do not believe in promoting from within but all positions are posted externally.
