Trust of managers was sorely lacking.
Support from management
New managers from the location president on down were manipulative, unethical and dishonest.
Colleagues worked cohesively to accomplish ever-changing goals.
Rarely if ever received truth regarding company viability.
Work-life balance was non-existent.
Proud of being in a position to help potential students pursue educational goals.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse opinions/ideas are not accepted or supported despite rhetoric to the contrary.
Suggestions for improvement
- All new managers are needed to return the Columbus location to its former self and success.
