Suggestions for improvement

  • A total restructuring needs to take place but since there is so much Politics especially within the main headquarters this will never happen.

What I like about the company

Some of the administration really cared while others were only looking out for themselves.

What I dislike about the company

The company does NOT use utilize their employees to their fullest potential.

Trust of managers was sorely lacking.

Support from management

New managers from the location president on down were manipulative, unethical and dishonest.

Rarely if ever received truth regarding company viability.

Work-life balance was non-existent.

Proud of being in a position to help potential students pursue educational goals.

  • All new managers are needed to return the Columbus location to its former self and success.
