Suggestions for improvement
- As far as the team I worked for, I would say that the only change they needed to make was to remove the manager from her position and have her just in leads and managing her lead team. She shouldn't have been in charge of managing all departments of the team.
What I like about the company
All of the agents with the company were so willing to help new agents and new administrative assistants. It was much like a family just willing to do what they could to help their fellow agent succeed. The company is constantly providing training for their employees and there is just an overall atmosphere of encouragement.
What I dislike about the company
I disapproved of the hiring manager that was a part of my team for the agent I worked for. This manager shouldn't have been a manager. She was good at her job of getting new leads and handling them for new listing and buyers but she shouldn't have been in charge of managing employees. She is not manager material. Unfortunately, the agent for the team we worked for couldn't see this and lost some good employees because of it. This in no way reflects the company itself, it just reflects the team that I worked for who's team leader was an agent with the company.
