Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2015
As proud as I was of my accomplishments, they will not be recognized by the company.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be honest. Let the potential employee know where they stand as far as obtaining employment. Do not give false hope that you will help the employee that you will work for them when their current assignment ends.
I like about the employer
They speak very professionally to you.
I dislike about the employer
They represent the company you are assigned to, not you. They will tell you that they will contact you when there is something that you are qualified for however, you will most likely never hear from unless you contact them.
