Everyone trusts each other cause if one fails then it puts a hurting on others cause they have to pull double duty to make the event a success.

The leadership is always their to lend a instructive and professional approach to making clients events that much entertaining and enjoyable.
Everyone works together as a team, we work as a team like spokes inside a wheel. Everyone has a job to do and everyone is their to assist each other from DJ to videography and photography. We work as one to make the night go smoothly.
Freedom to work independently
We have our own jobs and have a say in design and what works and dont. The final product before being sent to clients is reviewed by management for quality purposes.
We are always brought up on new improvements and thank you letters from clients. Plus informed of upcoming events as they are signed by clients.
Everyone is treated the same, your job is given on how you perform some are better at taking photos, while others are better at music and entertaining.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Again everyone is equal just depends on what you are good at. Everyone is given a chance to learn different aspects of the company.
Again advancement and personal development is established on a person's ability. If you can't do the job effectively you don't work in that certain area.
Overall compensation for your work
Everyone is paid on a fair and elevated level. You paid on an hourly rate. Depending on the job and tasks you are assigned to cover. Different jobs within the company from DJ to the photo are paid different hourly rates. If you drive a limo you get an hourly rate plus tips.
Office / Work Environment
The equipment we use are given the latest software updates and we have enough space and time to complete our assigned tasks.
This is not applicable. We work with what we have and the venue accessibility.
We work as needed if their is work we work. Most of our events are on the weekends or nighttime. As we do our editing that is done during the daytime until completion. We usually set our own schedules unless we are on an event.
Everything the management and other employees tell you is true and real. Their are no cut corners and it's all laid out from the beginning.
My job is stable if you are and assistant to some one then you are at risk for seasonal layoffs. The company is always growing so their is never a restructuring or lack of work.
The office is Ada compatible it's the venues that are in question at times.
Working conditions unfortunately are at the discretion of the venue and the outdoors. If a site is unsafe or questionable then we have the ability to move sites or cancel the contract until suitable conditions exist.
Yes it shows in the eyes of our clients when they get to see our completes and edited work.
