Position Management/executive staff
Company culture as intended is good and healthy. However, getting 100% buy in from all participants in difficult and sometimes failure to get buy in hurts the culture.
Support from Management
While at Sadara, I was under several KBR managers and Dow Chemical managers. All were excellent when it came to supporting the Training Team of which I was manager/consultant.
As with all international jobs that I have worked on, here was competition for support from other departments and this management team was able to make all the right decisions. The individual team members who were in competition did not always support those decisions and the management team dealt well with those issues under the international situations.
