Suggestions for improvement
- Better treatment of employees. Work with them when they need time off. Not create an environment of fear and intimidation. They know the area is devastated by the Obama Presidency with the war on coal and they can keep hiring and firing before employees get benefits.
I like about the employer
The pay was very decent for the area.
I dislike about the employer
They are impossible to work with for time off. They seem to make it harder on employees that have been there for a while. Trying to make them to quit.
