Suggestions for improvement
- Move the facility to a more diverse location, some employees working there for 20+ years still are racially bias against young black people.
Business and R&D based on people relationship is fundamentally wrong
Need morn man leaders
Hired new at lower salary and got off experienced to save money was their R&D and company's strategy
Misled consumers by cheating ads e,g, eating K cereal can increase concentration in class room
I enjoyed the oversll culture of the Kellogg company
The regional management is engaged and truly car for their team members
I have a great working relationship with my manager and peers
I feel our conpensation is just ok.
I have always been a proud Kellogg employee, but recently I have been less impressed.
I lost the same job 2 years in a row. I feel the company is lost and does not know what direction they're going so no job there is safe
