What I like about the company
Used to have sold Sr. Leaders with vision and the ability to get the best out all employees from top to bottom. The company has great brands and market share but market conditions are very challenging for this division of Kellogg's.
What I dislike about the company
The culture scores have dramatically gone down and represent the underlining issue of a poor culture. Sr. Managers are focused on self preservation and have no Strategic Vision for growth for the FAFH division. The Marketing Leadership has left the organization from the Vice President along with many key director positions. Many of the current Sales team in National Account are actively looking to leave the organization.
