While promotions are available to exceptional employees, there are limits to how far one can advance without being a direct employee of the client.
This is a long-term temporary position, and it may be terminated at any time.
It is challenging at times, but it can also be repetitive and boring.
Suggestions for improvement
- This is a great company that retains good clients and creates great opportunities, but those opportunities are limited, and I would love to see pathways to becoming direct employees of the clients become available.

What I dislike about the company
I would love to see more opportunities to advance to direct hire with clients. I would also like to see additional non-phone positions open up for employees.
