Support from Management
Little to no support given from managment. No diligence towards issues in or around the shop. Strictly a numbers place
The crew of techs is good. The moral in the shop is low, due to favoritism and lack of ethics
Little to no meetings to assess performance. No reviews. Meeting only occur when there is a major issue.
