Management flip flops make it difficult. Additionally, specific lack of understanding and experience in subject matter areas are problematic.

Suggestions for improvement
- Ensure that middle management is clearly onboard with direction and there is synergy between Executive team and the middle management. Insure communication from the middle management team is clear and concise. Without the clear communication, trust issues grow.
What I like about the company
International company, profitable, good senior management.
What I dislike about the company
Middle management indecisiveness, lack of clear communication, conflict between middle management decisions and senior management direction.
