Suggestions for improvement
- Give year end bonuses to employees that they used to do to show appreciation besides the tiny yearly increases. Bring back an Employee assistance program, bring back the amount of time to be from work for deaths in the family - especially close members and also if a person runs out of PTO time and has a planned vacation etc. - allow them to take unpaid time off without being fired. Somehow find a way to motivate and encourage employees. I could say more but I'll leave it at that.
What I like about the company
Flexibility in work hours, some (not a lot) They use your ideas at times to better the job, they are tolerant of employees shortcomings provided they are within policies.
