Attitude towards older colleagues
This Company doesn't promote older colleagues because they don't want to increase salary.
Office / Work Environment
Cut throat! Management in Call Centers creates this type of environment by not knowing how the department works. Unwilling to help new employees succeed instead only points out mistakes. Nothing is worse than to see new employees not getting good training and Manager terminate the new employee. Unfair treatment from Manager
Company does not promotes Senior employees because it means they would have to increase salary.
This Company does not provide safety for employees until it's too late.
Suggestions for improvement
- Replace Manager in Call Centers with a current Supervisor that has years of experience. Do not hire anybody that doesn't have call center/insurance experience. Value your Senior employees first.

What I dislike about the company
Manager/HR Dept. No pay raises that matches work load. All increases seem to go to Executives.
