Support from Management
The owner has no respect for employees and does not have their backs. The manager is nonexistant when the owner is there
Owner gossips about and between employees
Owner cares for the image. Customers do not know about what really goes on
Suggestions for improvement
- Owner should let manager manage. Stop gossiping and respect their employees over clients that disrespect them. Focus on keeping employees happy rather than wanting to make more and more money.
