Suggestions for improvement
- HR needs to be HR. There needs to be someone that listens to the workers. I know you can;t please everyone but general cordiality should be in place.The GM should not have all power and go unpoliced. Follow ALL policies not just the ones that suit you when you need to prove a point. EVERYONE should fall under policies and procedures ALL the time.
What I like about the company
There is always work to do even when there is the occasional down time.
What I dislike about the company
Morale was extremely low. Felt like there was no one you could go to when there was an issue. You are told come to us with your issues and when you do there is some sort of retaliation. They say they don't but it does happen. They treat temps like they are door mats and fire at will. There have been instances when family members are hired and given preferential treatment by the GM.
