Given few tools to succeed but blamed with company failures.
Upper Management refused to listen to those with direct customer contact
Freedom to work independently
Workload and expectations set up to fail
irregular meeting schedules did not play in favor of successful outcomes.
Attitude towards older colleagues

Management refused to provide the tools necessary to succeed.
Expectations were to be available 24/7. Pay scale did not match expectations
Always a vailed threat of job loss.
