What I like about the company

What I dislike about the company

Flex time is only allowed for certain individuals. Managers are clueless and cannot mentor their direct reports

To much favoritism

Freedom to work independently

You are expected to work independently well keeping your percentage up on how much you do. It's not hard if you work

Handicapped Accessibility

No they don't have ramps, lots of stairs

Inclusive / Diverse

No they really don't have diversity as in race but diversity as in who you are some people they listen to the most of us they didn't

Suggestions for improvement

  • When you have a really good worker, you should show them. You shouldn't tell them they can't move up because they're to good with working with the temps and that you keep our numbers up. This is not a compliment it is very discouraging and very wrong. I went to college while working there had graduated with a 3.5 business associate degree. They wouldn't use in because I wasnt in the click. If you want my name you can check my performance I was one of the top scores for 5 years straight. Therefore I left the company and presumed another job. Where I can use my degree.
  • Somehow appreciate and utilize the people that work hard, quit making the ones that work hard work harder and make everyone work.
