Suggestions for improvement
- Treat employees like you care. If safety and quality are paramount, then don't just give lip service about it.
Ideas brought forth by employees are pushed aside no matter how good they are. If you are not salary, you do not matter
I only have to work as hard as I want to. I get paid the same no matter how hard I chose to work
If I do work hard and put forth a lot of effort, I get nothing in return. Not even a thank you. Also if you are not buddies with certain management, you will not be chosen for promotion.
