Here it is be nice on the outside but back stab anyone you need to avoid being yelled at or treated with total disrespect
Support from management
Zero! Again as before the "team" environment here is totally nonexistent and you must be prepared to figure out everything on your own including how their "processes" work even though those can change on the daily
This is a total joke! There is none here at all as it is every person for themselves and be prepared to be thrown under the bus at any moment
Freedom to work independently
Micromanaging is not a problem here which is nice and you are left alone for the most part to do your work.
Absolutely none! You must be prepared to receive either conflicting information or none at all. Additionally never ask questions or risk being a punching bag
Surprisingly very good! The work load is never so much that you are forced to stay late all the time or work on weekends except in very rare circumstances
Suggestions for improvement
- Management here really needs to read a book or take a class on how to manage people and a firm. Yelling, cursing, disrespecting your employees is not how you build a quality team or keep quality employees. High turnover is not a sign that you are doing something right but actually the total opposite!
What I like about the company
The location, they provide lunch every Friday and the work life balance here is good compared to other much larger firms.
What I dislike about the company
The pay and benefits here are a joke. Treating your staff like your own personal punching bag also does nothing to boost morale. Absolutely no team work here as everyone is just looking out for themselves and trying to avoid the wrath of the management.
