Support from Management
They use the buddy system. If you going out drinking with management and sick up to them, then you will do good.
Suggestions for improvement
- Less buddy system and more rewarding the people who actually work and know the product they are making.
I like about the employer
Some of the co-workers were great people.
I dislike about the employer
No communication and lack of knowledgeable management. Most of the managers can't do the jobs they are trying to manage.
