Suggestions for improvement
- It is very hard when there is an issue between employees. It would be nice if the issues were addressed better. If you allow 6 sick days do not give a counseling report at 4 and possible suspension at 6. You should get 6 free and clear. Please quit firing people or people quitting and eliminating their position also. It means some one else has to do double the work at the same pay rate. I get it you are saving 50,000 a year, but your GOOD people get burnt out. It also means there is now where to move up to. Why should we stay with no where to go?
What I like about the company
If you are lucky to get a good boss it will make life much easier. There is a nice break room with free soda plates and plastic ware. You get food 6 days out of the year. They usually have a Christmas bonus and a bonus before end of fiscal year.
What I dislike about the company
There is little room for advancement. It is especially tough if you have a young family and prioritize it. It seems to take very little to get walked out the door. I have seen 25 year employees get walked out. It can be tense. Once they want someone out, they will not pick it you quit or the get enough small thing to fire you. It woiuld be great if the provided more opportunities for long term employees. They want that Bachelors degree more than a long term employees with loads of work experience and a 2 year degree. Of course, so positions a required to have certain education.
