Germans get all the perks. You work 3 different job titles. CEO doesn't care, is cheap, and has no clue what usa workers should make. Say Americans need to learn to do multiple job duties.
Support from management
None. You get the run around and they guilt trip you into why you have to do 3 job titles or more. No communication. CEO doesn't care about American employees.
Long time worker stick you with their work. They work 50% of the day. If they get that interuppted you are blackballed. No one takes responsibility of their required duties. It's always someone elses.
Freedom to work independently
You independently do the others work .
Non existent. Management knows this but nothing is done about it
Usa workers are not promoted or treated fairly.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older workers get away with doing nothing but pretending to be busy. Newer workers are given there workload even if it's not in your hire duties. Just so they can continue to work 50% of they day. If you speak up you are to the curb and punished with no raise or bonus.
No advancement and no communication or care.
Overall compensation for your work
Horrible pay. Nor raises. Come in high on salary if you want to work here as you will not get anymore pay. Only more work duties. They pay way under than other jobs and you are made to do other jobs. The account manager is also HR. Wtf.
Office / Work Environment
Back stabbing and a boy/girls club.
Bathrooms are dirty but clean environment.
Good if you keep your mouth shut and let them use you and you do 4 jobs titles for barely one payn

If you are German you get treated great.
Suggestions for improvement
- Higher more people. They are over worked. When people leave, replace them. This looks good on the lower line but people are overworked and it will have an impact on the quality of the products and company and employee stress.
What I like about the company
I like that I do not work there anymore. Make 25%MORE A year and only have one job title. Not stressed any more
What I dislike about the company
Management. Cheapness. Favoritism. Being overworked like you owe the owner something much more. They do not pay well or give raises. They have no clue on how to run a happy company.
