the culture was very toxic in all departments, the culture was if you where new (as in lease then 10 years employed) you where free game to be dumped on, you would care an unrealistic work load while others did not. The owner often shouted profanities at the employees, this was completely excitable behavior.
Support from Management
supervisors rarely had an understanding of the scope of work need to support the project, often took a "just get it done" approach without out any advise or guidance.
