Suggestions for improvement
- Better insurance, bring back the benefits taken away, go back to onsite HR instead of remote HR, do more events to being employees closer together
What I like about the company
I've always been treated fairly and the pay is competitive for our area. We get a lot of paid personal time off which is really nice. I have to work on weekends, however, I get paid extra for working them. The management staff is better than any other place I've worked.
What I dislike about the company
We have terrible medical insurance, starting this year. They have taken away some of the best, most useful benefits that we had to save money. Saving money if important, but keeping your employees happy should always come first.
