I like about the employer
Some of the product offerings are very good.
I dislike about the employer
Branch staff completely under appreciated and disrespected. Skeletal staffing levels make it borderline unsafe. Out of date technology, cumbersome processes, poor back office support, not made to feel like we're a part of the non-branch banking part of the company. Very few career paths for branch employees.
