Support from management
Supervisors are spread too thin
Little if any depending on location
Freedom to work independently
priorities always changing, too many task too complete and too small of a plate to put them on
A lot of good info, but your input doesn't really matter
Office / Work Environment
new remodeled branches, good software, building maintenance excellent, a/c for the summer good computers and office equipment
They preach it but rarely practice it.
excellent products for your clients, most tasks when complete are satisfying but company acknowledges you for a minute and then forgets the next day, work is challenging some unable to complete on time frame expected.
Inclusive / Diverse
Not supported very well.
Suggestions for improvement
- hire more people, pay the tellers better, keep the branch managers in the branch, better onboarding process and training
What I like about the company
good pay in my area, the clients were great, most of the products were very good, good collaboration with business partners but they were too few and far between
What I dislike about the company
retention of employees poor, they compared all the branches like they were in the same demographics, unfair coaching practices, lack of enough employees to cover you needs as a branch manager
