Suggestions for improvement
- Institute a MEANINGFUL employee appreciation program. Work on a positive management culture. Hire Area Retail Leaders who understand their position in supposed to be one of LEADERSHIP, not just cracking the whip and sending out emails that tell us constantly what we're NOT doing. Branch staffing levels (generally four per branch) border in unsafe.
What I like about the company
Near home, comprehensive benefits.
What I dislike about the company
Overworked, understaffed, unappreciated. No respect for branch employees, who are in the front lines.
