Suggestions for improvement
- We need to have better-defined policies that are enforced on all employees... not excluding upper management.
They are not good with conflicts in schedules. They do not Clear a day with an employee before they schedule them.
There's too much miscommunication between managers
Know that the managers aren't fair on their distribution of the hours placed on the other employees filling in for the past employees that have quit .
No the company does do nothing for personal development. They do have where they periods where they write you up if you do something wrong and then usually after two or three years suspended without pay for three days depending on what the situation is.
