Support from Management
Total lack of support, unpaid over time, constructive feedback not listened to. Staff all with degrees, some of us graduate degrees, as well as experience, however we were treated like children and marginalized.
The staff worked well together, however management unresponsive to feedback.
Horrible commute, right off I 95 at the airport!
Suggestions for improvement
- Actually listen to the employees who are doing the job, the have good insights and valuable feedback. Also it is not ok to say a position is salaried, then use this an excuse to routinely require unpaid over time, especially every Friday and days before the holidays. Hard work and dedication are Not appreciated here.
