Suggestions for improvement
- Permit autonomy and listen to employee ideas. Your way isn't necessarily the best way.
What I like about the company
They permit telecommuting. Salary and benefits are good, but lost 3 days of PTO after 3 years. Still unclear why.
What I dislike about the company
Managers were micro managers and did not permit expression of frustration with processes. Caucasian nurses/staff were treated differently than black staff.
