Team members try to be positive, but overarching company culture drags them down. Little growth, whether personal or professional is offered and most people end up stuck.
Lack of trust and communication from management and Human Resources leaves everyone a little unsure who they can be honest with.
You never know where you stand because almost no expectations are communicated to you. If you're a team lead or supervisor, you better hope your manager or director keeps you informed because otherwise you're on your own.
Office / Work Environment
Technology options were limited, particularly software.
The stress from work very easily pours into personal time.
Generally safe, but no specific training offered.
Not really challenging. The real struggle was trying to do more volume with less people. Poor computer software resulted in a lot of inefficiency.
Suggestions for improvement
- Provide employee appreciation opportunities. Don't just tell managers that all employees are supposed to strive to be average. Respect that the people who work for you want to have pride in their work and in their company.
What I like about the company
This place will make you tough as nails. Once you make it through a job like this, you'll be ready for a lot of high stress positions elsewhere. It also provides connections to other positions in the healthcare industry, inadvertently. Good managers/sup

The lack of positive culture, the hostility/competition between different offices, lack of employee appreciation.
