Company Culture

Team members try to be positive, but overarching company culture drags them down. Little growth, whether personal or professional is offered and most people end up stuck.

Teamwork

Lack of trust and communication from management and Human Resources leaves everyone a little unsure who they can be honest with.

Internal Communication

You never know where you stand because almost no expectations are communicated to you. If you're a team lead or supervisor, you better hope your manager or director keeps you informed because otherwise you're on your own.

Office / Work Environment

Technology options were limited, particularly software.

Work-Life Balance

The stress from work very easily pours into personal time.

Workplace Safety

What I dislike about the company

The lack of positive culture, the hostility/competition between different offices, lack of employee appreciation.
