What I like about the company
A better experience for customer support employees than other employers in the industry. Great benefits and pretty flexible paid time off options.
What I dislike about the company
With the company rapidly expanding recently, communication can be a tough avenue for them sometimes. They mean well, and want to do what's right for their employees and clients, but can either overthink or underestimate what's needed.
