- Longevity bonuses and employee wellness incentives.
The culture here is only provided by the colleagues you choose to associate with. There’s an attempt to create a culture by the corporate, however this location doesn’t seem to understand how to develop it.
There’s a disconnect with associates from management. Instead of using staff surveys to diligently find how management can support the team, it’s more of a leadership directed attempt to provide support where THEY seem/want to support. That includes team members, as well.
This company honored its contract agreements when other people at the assignment from other firms had to accept pay cuts due to changes in the compensation rate. This was by far and away the best part of working with KForce and I do not accept contracts or work offers from the companies that broke their contracts.
When my position was cut along with many others in my department at the company I was contracted with, Kforce refused to give me the contractual vacation/comp time I had accrued over the year and a half I was with them. Only 2 months later after LOTS of arm twisting and a visit to my house, was I able to get the wheels turning and get my vacation pay.
