This company cared little for its employees, only concerned with their bottom line. Borderline cruel to it's employees.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Offering more than the legally required support in terms of benefits, having better planning for operational changes, better communication with upper management, letting the middle management have more control over daily operations.

What I like about the company

Middle Management seems aware of the hardships of the employees and works to lessen them.

What I dislike about the company

Upper Managements lack of care for their employees, they need to stop seeing them as tools to throw away at a whim. They have zero connection with their employees, and seem almost angry that they have to pay them at all. This antagonistic relationship is highly toxic to the companies culture.
