I was a cashier but also worked in customer service. During the holiday things could be more organized
Suggestions for improvement
- I feel there needs to be more organization throughout the store because sometimes it was hard to find the clothes that customers were looking for. The dressing rooms also need to be maintained better because customers could not hang their clothes.
What I like about the company
I was able to go from a seasonal worker to a part time employee. Once a part time employee and trained at the register I was able to receive a high number of credit applications per month.
What I dislike about the company
During Christmas time there needs to be a better organization process back at the customer service desk. It was very messy and nothing could be found or processed.
