  • I would help the company get a bigger location. The building is too small for the amount of customers it has.

Company Culture

You have to protect yourself from co-workers constantly against theft, verbal abuse, physical attack

Support from management

Management is constantly finding ways to reduce your commission and structure the deal so that they get your commission instead of you

Teamwork

Co-workers are constantly taking your clients from you and they form clicks against each other for the purpose of stealing clients from one another

Internal Communication

You will be shorted on your check and when you try to talk to someone about it they will give you the run around

Gender Equality

Women and female employees are constantly harassed here

Attitude towards older colleagues

Animosity is a way of life here

Career Development

Forget about it unless you are related to management or are from Syria or Lebanon

Overall compensation for your work

They will always try to steal your commission and bonuses and you always have to argue with them for weeks until they pay you what they owe you, if they even decide to pay you your commission or bonus

Office / Work Environment

Employee bathroom is always in the most horrible conditions and the employee eating area is absolutely dirty with never enough chairs or tables

Work-Life Balance

You will be constantly asked to work 14 to 16 hour days even on your days off and you will be required to attend Friday Sales meetings even on the Friday that you have off or else you will lose all your sales commission for the month. This rule is designed for the purpose of having an excuse to take your sales commission from you and also to ensure you work more hours

Company Image

The neighborhood has been taken advantage of so often that they are afraid to even walk into this place

Job Security

Your manager is likely to fire you if he has a bad day or even a problem in his personal life

Inclusive / Diverse

Sales force is primarily Latin since customer based is mainly Spanish speakers however management is usually promotes their relatives usually from the Syria and Lebanon so unless you are from these countries it is unlikely you will get promoted

Suggestions for improvement
