The company culture was good otherwise there wouldn'the be multiple locations.
Support from management
There were set expectations to be met, communicating clear goals was evident, other employees opinions didn'the matter.
No not all the time. Trust of other employees when working together was a challenge.
Freedom to work independently
Yes. I did work with students or a group alone.
I did. We were informed.
There would be if there were more females in the position.
Attitude towards older colleagues
When I was there the majority of the employees were young adults.
There wasn'the enough or positive training.

My matched well.
Office / Work Environment
No balance, families are not taken into consideration for everyone, there was peer pressure to work more hours.
Yes and no. I loved teaching but the support from upper management wasn'the enough.
At the time it was stable.
Work was not challenging...I was proud of the work when I/we were given positive feedback.
Inclusive / Diverse
There is diversityour, however, ideas and opinionsee were not supported.
Suggestions for improvement
- The original owner meet with individual locations to talk about their concerns and value their opinions.
What I like about the company
Full time employees train free, paid well, great families to work with and friendly environment.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management could have been better.
